A gentle, sustained pressure therapy is applied to release restrictions in the myofascial connective tissue, aiming to eliminate pain and restore motion by addressing the root cause of stiffness or discomfort.
Tension Relief
A targeted massage or bodywork session that concentrates specifically on a few areas of acute or chronic muscle tightness (like the neck, shoulders, or lower back) to quickly reduce knots and improve mobility in those regions.
